Tests and Results
How and when to obtain test results from the surgery
Documents and Results Collection/Dropoff
Please bring in a form of ID (such as a driving license or passport) if you are coming in to the Surgery to collect any letters, reports or results.
We are required to verify who you are before handing over sensitive patient data.
Samples
For example urine or stool: Please drop off before 12pm Monday to Friday. We cannot store samples over the weekend.
Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your online services account
- phone on 020 8539 2513 or visit us between 10am to 4pm and we will tell you what the results are
