Blood Pressure Advice
- Thank you for sending over your blood pressure reading(s).
- A clinician has reviewed and advised for you to record your blood pressure every morning and evening over a 7 day period.
- Please do two readings both in the morning and evening, with a 5-minute break between each reading.
- You may send them to us via our Contact Us form.
Blood Pressure Invite
Your blood pressure reading is now due. Please give us a call on 0208 539 2513 to book an appointment. If you have a machine at home, then please send us a reading. We recommend purchasing a machine if you require frequent checks.
Clinics Available:
- Monday - Friday: 1.30pm to 8pm
- Saturday: 9am to 5pm
- You may also check in with your local pharmacies to see who can arrange an appointment.
