The Practice had increased the number of call handlers during peak times and now offers on line services for booking of appointments and repeat prescriptions.

Reduction of waiting times in Surgery
WE DID
Joint effort between patients and clinicians to reduce waiting times. Text messatges sent to all patients for appointment reminder and to attend on time. Clincians to work on time management and reception staff to notify and update patients when a clinician is running late. Posters in waiting areas to encourage patients to attend on time for appointments so as not to impact on other patient’s time.
