Because Tanya is an excellent nurse who listens and answers all your questions. She is very understanding, empathetic, and doesnt rush you. Has lots of patience and explains everything with clarity.

The nurse was very welcoming and informative. And deaf friendly! Extremely helpful and made it easier for myself to understand herself with communication. She have done a great service with t following it up with a plan and discuss how to use inhaler and took her time explaining.

I had such a wonderful appointment with the gynaecology doctor she was so personable and kind. She gave some great advice and really listened to how I’ve been feeling. I left the doctors feeling reassured and understood. The reception staff were so lovely too. Really good experience all round a huge thank you to all.

Very friendly and helpful. I haven't needed because I was ill, but have been for a couple of health check-ups and they have been great. The telephone answering is not so good.
